Personal Information

I am a lifelong Port Jervis, Middletown, and Minisink resident (Minisink since 1982), having moved to Minisink because that was where we wanted to raise our family.  I am self-employed having owned and operated Cut Above Salon since 1981.

I have been married 34 years to Jill, a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant and have three children: Saasha, 28, PhD. Clinical Psychologist, Gillian, 25, Middle School Teacher and Neal, 23, Apprentice Electrician

I am frequently asked “Why are you running? Your kids are out of school.” 
My interest in our community goes beyond my own children.  I believe in giving back. I have a stake in our community.
